REGISTRATION:

Early Bird Special : $35 plus $10/event through September 30.

On October 1, registration will increase to $45 plus $10/event.

A Pickleball Brackets Service Fee of $5/event will be added with a maximum of $10 service fee.

**Please take note that the allocated day and start times are tentative and brackets may be consolidated, divided or cancelled based on registrations.**

For players in a doubles event, both players must register and pay their tournament fees. If your partner has not registered or paid, you or your team may be moved to the waitlist.

Playoff format may be revised at the discretion of the tournament director. Scores will be entered into DUPR by pickleballbrackets.com.

* MONEYBALL* Register as an individual then play in a round robin doubles. Players will then be ranked and partners will be chosen moving down the rankings. A minimum of 12 players are needed for the event to go forward. This is the only event in the tournament that will not enter DUPR scores.

ENTRY DIVISIONS:

Age categories: <50, 50+

The age brackets are determined by the participant’s age as of October 24, 2025.

Skill levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5 . This is how it works; 3.0 ranges from anyone rated 3.0 to 3.499.

Brackets with less than 4 teams registered will be combined with another bracket.

Oct 24 – Money Ball 6-9pm (Prize money TBD based on entries)

Oct 25 – Women’s and Men’s Doubles Under 50 (2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5)

Oct 25 – Women’s and Men’s Doubles Over 50 (2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5)

Oct 25 – Women’s and Men’s Doubles Open (4.5, 5.0)

Oct 26 – Mixed Under 50 (3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5)

Oct 26 – Mixed Over 50 (3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5)

All players are expected to compete at their appropriate skill level. Playing below your level is not allowed. The tournament director reserves the right to place players in appropriate brackets based on their DUPR or known rating.

FORMAT:

• All brackets will follow a round-robin (pool play) format with playoffs.

• Each team/player is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games.

• Round-robin brackets will include 4–8 teams/players.

• Playoffs will be determined based on number of pools in each bracket

Withdraw from the tournament for any reason before October 17, 2025 and we’ll refund your registration and event fee less the $5/event Pickleball Brackets non-refundable software fee.

No refunds when cancelling after October 17, 2025.

Prior to October 17, 2025, players may seek to transfer the registration to another person. A $5/event transfer fee must be paid to cover the non refundable software service fee from Pickleball Brackets.
