Fruit Cove Recreation Club is proud to announce our 3rd Annual Fruit Cove Pickleball Classic Presented by Pickleball Odyssey! Enjoy 4 fun days of pickleball, food, vendors, and much more.
Start times:
Start times for each event will be posted the week of the tournament depending on registration, please clear your day.
Thursday Night (5:00 pm) – 45 and Over Moneyball
Friday (8 am-4 pm) – Singles
Friday (Night 5:00 pm)- 44 and Under Moneyball
Saturday (8 am – 8 pm) – Men’s/Women’s Doubles
Sunday (8 am – 8 pm) – Mixed Doubles
Format:
Formats for each event will be dependent on event registration numbers.
Registration Cost:
Fruit Cove Members $50, Additional events $20 each.
Moneyball: $100 per person
Moneyball players who sign up for additional events will need to pay an additional fee on tournament day to cover the Moneyball portion of registration.
Pickleball Brackets also charges a $5 non-refundable fee per event ($10 max).
* Please make sure your partner signs up within 2 weeks that you register, or you will be moved to the waiting list.
*The Tournament Director may combine/split brackets, and/or adjust the format as needed, to ensure quality play.
Fruit Cove Classic is pleased to help provide funding for TAB50. TAB50 picks up 50% of the membership for High School and College students to attend a gym or receive pickleball instruction with professional coaches.
Additional Information
Fruit Cove Recreation Club is a non-profit social club formed by and for the Fruit Cove community. Our purpose is to bring health, fitness, and enjoyment to the area while building relationships and connections with friends and neighbors.
BALLS:
The two Moneyball events will be using Vulcan VPRO Flight, the official ball of PPA.
The main tournament, including singles, will be using Franklins.
Water bottle refilling stations are on site, please bring a reusable container to keep hydrated.
Weather
We do have 3 covered courts and will continue the tournament if we do have inclement weather. FCRC has the right to modify the format to ensure completion of each event.
Refund Policy
Withdrawals before February 10th, 2024 will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
No refunds or credits for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE of Feb 10th, 2024.
If you registered and paid the registration fee and were put on the waitlist; you will not be charged the event fee until you are moved into the event. If you do not move off the wait list; a full refund will be issued at the end of the tournament. The cancellation fee will not apply.
**The PB Software Fee is non-refundable as stated on the checkout**
