DESCRIPTION:Oct 31 2026 – Nov 1 2026 \nRegister Here! \n\n\nTournament Description\n\n\n🏓 TOURNAMENT FORMAT\n\nThe tournament will feature a Round Robin format followed by playoffs\, giving teams multiple matches and an opportunity to advance to the medal rounds.\n\nTournament Format:\n\nTeams will begin with Round Robin play within their division.\nThe top teams from each division will advance to the playoffs.\nPlayoff matches will determine Gold\, Silver\, and Bronze medal winners.\nSpecific game scoring and playoff scoring formats will be announced once registration is complete.\n\n\n⏰ START TIMES & SCORING\n\nExact start times\, court assignments\, division schedules\, and scoring formats will be sent to all registered players after registration closes.\n\nPlayers should check their email and tournament information for the final schedule.\n\nPlease do not assume a start time until the official tournament schedule has been released.\n\n\n\n\nRefund Policy\n\n\nNassau Pickleball 365 Tournament Refund Policy\n\nTo ensure a quality tournament experience and allow proper scheduling\, staffing\, and court preparation\, the following refund policy applies to all Nassau Pickleball 365 tournaments.\n\nPlayer Cancellation\n30 days or more before the tournament: 100% refund (less any payment processing fees).\n15–29 days before the tournament: 50% refund or 100% tournament credit toward a future Nassau Pickleball 365 event.\nLess than 15 days before the tournament: No refunds.\nPartner Withdrawal\nIf your partner withdraws\, you may:\nFind a replacement partner before the registration deadline\, or\nRequest that Nassau Pickleball 365 help locate a replacement (not guaranteed).\nWaitlist\n\nIf a canceled player’s spot is filled from the waitlist before registration closes\, Nassau Pickleball 365 may issue a refund or tournament credit at its discretion.\n\n\n\n\n\nWeather\n\n\n☔ WEATHER POLICY\n\nThis tournament will be held at Nassau Pickleball 365\, a COVERED pickleball facility.\n\nBecause the courts are protected from the weather\, matches will NOT be canceled or postponed due to rain.\n\nPlayers should plan to arrive and compete at their scheduled times rain or shine.\n\nIn the event of severe or dangerous weather that affects the safety of players or the facility\, the Tournament Director reserves the right to temporarily suspend play.\n\n\n
