Join us to participate in Pictona’s 7th annual fall tournament on October 29th – November 1st, 2026. You’ll appreciate playing in a round robin format capped with a playoff. For each bracket the round robins are played in a pod of courts, resulting in minimal wait time between games. Earn your way to the championship finals, most of which are played in the MetroHealth Stadium for a memorable experience.

Refund Policy – Withdraw from the tournament for any reason before October 22, 2026 and we’ll refund your registration and event fee less a $25 service fee. Refunds will be processed at completion of tournament.

No refunds when cancelling after October 22, 2026.

Tournament Pricing:

Early Bird Pricing: Tournament fee: $50 per person registration plus event fee of $15/event through August 31, 2026. On September 1, 2026 Registration fee will increase to $65 plus $15/event.

A Pickleball Brackets Service Fee of $5/event will be added with a maximum of $10 service fee.

All Players Are Required To Pay Registrations Fees and Event Fees.

Divisions: Men’s Doubles and Singles, Women’s Doubles and Singles, and Mixed Doubles

Age categories: <30, 30+, 40+, 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+

Skill levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0

Brackets with less than 4 teams registered will be combined with another bracket.

Individual age group medals will be offered for combined age group brackets.

Format: Round robin with playoff in all brackets

Event Days:

Thursday October 29: Over 60 Men’s Doubles, Over 60 Women’s Doubles

Friday October 30: Over 60 Mixed Doubles, Under 60 Men’s and Women’s Singles

Saturday October 31: Under 60 Mixed Doubles, Over 60 Men’s and Women’s Singles

Sunday November 1: Under 60 Men’s Doubles, Under 60 Women’s Doubles

Medals: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each category

Franklin X-40 ball will be used for the tournament.

Pictona will have 41 dedicated pickleball courts each fenced in for tournament play.

Each bracket will have a dedicated set of courts (pod) for their round robin matches.

Brackets with 3 or fewer teams/players are subjected to division merging.

Only paddles on the USAP approved paddles list can be used during the tournament.

Tournament results will be entered into DUPR. All players participating in the tournament must have their DUPR account linked to Pickleball Tournaments.

When using Players Needing Partners feature, players are responsible for contacting other players for finding partners.

Food & Beverage – Bottle fillers and water fountains are located throughout the Pictona Campus. Water and sports drinks are the only beverages permitted to be brought into Pictona and players may bring fruit and energy bars into the facility. We request no other drinks or food be brought into Pictona. The Depot (our concession stand) and The Kitchen (our restaurant) provide an appealing selection of items at reasonable prices. The purchase of food and beverages is a vital part of supporting the costs to operate the not-for-profit Pictona.

Player Shop – Visit our new Player Shop. Pictona is expanding the Player Shop in Pictona 1 to a larger dedicated room. The Player Shop carries paddles , accessories, clothes, shoes and gift items.

Dog Policy – The City of Holly Hill does not allow dogs on the Pictona Campus.

Parking – We have 400 parking spaces surrounding the Pictona Campus and an additional 400 spaces within 100 yards. Parking is free.
