Bring your paddle to connect with the community and create lasting memories.\n\nEVENT DETAILS\nDates: October 17 – October 18\, 2026\nLocation: Brown Family YMCA – 170 Landrum Ln\, Ponte Vedra Beach\, FL 32082\nOctober 17 – Women’s and Men’s Doubles (3.0\, 3.5\, 4.0)\nOctober 18 – Mixed Doubles (3.0\, 3.5\, 4.0)\n\nFEE SCHEDULE:\nEarly Bird Special: $35 ends September 28\nRegistration Fee : $45\nAdditional events: $10\nPickleball Brackets Service Fee = $5.00 per event registered. Non-Refundable.\nRegistration closes October 9\, 2026.\n\nThis is a DUPR event – please set up your DUPR account before registration\n\n**Please take note that brackets may be consolidated\, divided or cancelled based on registrations.**\n\nFor players in a doubles event\, both players must register and pay their tournament fees. If your partner has not registered or paid\, you or your team may be moved to the waitlist.\n\nPlayoff format may be revised at the discretion of the tournament director. Scores will be entered into DUPR by pickleballbrackets.com.\n\nThe age brackets are determined by the participant’s age as of October 17th\, the day of the tournament.\n\nSCHEDULE:\n• 10/17/2026 – Men’s & Women’s Doubles start between 8:00AM- 3PM\n• 10/18/2026 – Mixed Doubles Day Brackets will start between 9AM- 3PM\n\nFORMAT:\n• All brackets will follow a round-robin (pool play) format with playoffs.\n• Each team/player is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.\n• Round-robin brackets will include 4–8 teams/players.\n• Playoffs will be determined based on number of pools in each bracket\n\nAll matches will be first to 11 (win by 2) with regular scoring. Switch sides when one team reaches 6 points.
