Description

It’s a player’s format: round-robin or pool play followed by a playoff in each category, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to play. No two matches and you are out. Join us for women’s doubles, men’s doubles, mixed doubles, and singles.

Nine age groups and 5 skill levels are offered, with 41 categories of play. You’ll play on 49 dedicated courts, each fenced in with 8 feet on each sideline and 10 feet behind the baseline. Superior LED lighting, optimal viewing of play on most courts, and lots of shade. Thirteen courts are under cover with a championship court that seats 1200. We have a restaurant (The Kitchen) and a concession (The Depot) that will appeal to your palette. Plenty of water stations and toilets are strategically located throughout the venue. Pictona also offers a large player shop with an outstanding selection of paddles, clothing, and more. And we’ll top it off with “Pictona” hospitality provided by our experienced staff and super volunteers.

Skill levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0

Format: Round robin or pool play followed by top 4 teams in playoff.
The number of games and points per game varies based on the number of entries in each bracket.
Championship game 2/3 to 11

Brackets with less than 4 teams registered will be combined with another bracket.

Awards: Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

Tournament fee: Early Registration (through January 31, 2025): $60; each event: $20

Each player in the tournament needs to register and pay the registration fee.
Registration includes a free Tournament t-shirt for all players registered and paid by March 2, 2025
Registration closes on March 13, 2025, at 11:55 pm.

Food and Beverage Policy

Bottle fillers and water fountains are located throughout the Pictona Campus. Water and sports drinks are the only beverages permitted to be brought into Pictona and players may bring fruit and energy bars into the facility. We request no other drinks or food be brought into Pictona. The Depot (our concession stand) and The Kitchen (our restaurant) provide an appealing selection of items at reasonable prices. The purchase of food and beverages is a vital part of supporting the costs to operate the not-for-profit Pictona.

Dog Policy

The City of Holly Hill does not allow dogs on the Pictona Campus.

Parking

We have 400 parking spaces surrounding the Pictona Campus and an additional 400 spaces across the street at Holly Hill City Hall. Parking is free.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Withdraw from the tournament for any reason before March 13, 2025 and we’ll refund your registration and event fee less a $25 service fee. Refunds will be processed at completion of tournament.

No refunds when canceling after March 13, 2025

Prior to March 13, 2025, players may seek to transfer the registration to another person. A $5/event transfer fee must be paid to cover the non refundable software service fee from Pickleball Brackets.
