DESCRIPTION:Apr 11\, 2026 – Apr 12\, 2026\n\n\nRegister Here!\n\n\n\n\nTournament Description\n\n\nEvent Days & Times\nSaturday – Gender Doubles\nSunday – Mixed Doubles\n\nWe will not have the exact bracket start times until after registration closes.\n\nDUPR ratings will be used to determine bracket placements.\n\nScores will be uploaded to DUPR.\n\nTournament Fee Breakdown – Each player must register and pay separately. Your total fee is comprised of 3 different fees:\n\n1. Early Registration Fee – $45 per player – NOT PER TEAM – This will increase to $75 after 75 players have registered.\n\n2. Event Fee – $30 per event – Gender Doubles and/or Mixed each has a separate fee. If you play in one event\, it’s $30\, two it’s $60.\n\n3. PB Brackets Service Fee – $5-10 – This is charged by the platform\, we have no control over this fee.\n\nBracket Formats\n\nBrackets with 4 or more teams could take 4-6 hours to complete\, please plan accordingly\n\n3 teams/players (only if necessary\, we will try to combine any 3 team/player divisions with the closest age division possible)\n– Double-RR\, games 1 to 15\n– Top 2 teams advanced to Gold Medal match\, 2/3 to 11 win by 2\n– 3rd place team automatically receives Bronze medal\n\n4 team bracket\n– Single-RR\, games 1 to 15\n– Semi-final (all 4 teams) – 1 to 15\n– Bronze – 1 to 15\n– Gold – 2/3 to 11\n\n5-7 team bracket\n– Single-RR\, games 1 to 15\n– Semi-final (top 4 teams) – 1 to 15\n– Bronze – 1 to 15\n– Gold – 2/3 to 11\n\n8-9 team team bracket\n– Single-RR\, games 1 to 11\n– Semi-final (top 4 teams) – 1 to 15\n– Bronze – 1 to 15\n– Gold – 2/3 to 11\n\n10-12 team bracket\n– 2 pools\, Single-RR\, games 1 to 15\n– Semi-final (top 2 teams from each pool) – 1 to 15\n– Bronze – 1 to 15\n– Gold – 2/3 to 11\n\nFormat is subject to change at anytime.\n\nIf a bracket is unable to finish due to weather and enough matches have been played to determine placements\, we will use approved USAP rules to determine placements.\n\nUSAP rules will be followed. Only registration and event fees will be refunded – we will not refund the “processing fee” that is charged by PickleballBrackets.com. We will not charge any additional refund/withdrawal processing fees!\n\nNational Pickleball events are outdoor events. If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs\, National Pickleball will do all it can to play matches. If brackets are in mid-play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs\, the situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined. If we are able to start your event (even if we do not finish it)\, a refund will not be given. If we are unable to start your event\, you will receive a refund for that event (ie. you will only be refunded the event fee(s) – not your full registration fee).

We reserve the right to combine or split brackets as necessary based on timing and those involved.\n\n4 Games Guaranteed\n\nAll amateur matches will be reported to DUPR\n\nMedals will be awarded to top finishers\n\nBoth players must be registered to compete\n\n– All matches (except gold metal match) games to 11 points win by 1\n\n– Gold metal match to 11 win by 2 best of 3\n\n* Some brackets or Singles bracket may have a Double elimination format.\n\nTournament Balls:\n\nExo Sport\n\nPrizes: All winners will receive medals.\n\nIf a team withdraws before or during their final match\, the match will be recorded as 0-0 Withdrawal. This ensures no team gains an unfair advantage in point differentials. All previously completed matches will remain valid and count toward standings.\n\n\n\n\n\nRefund Policy\n\n\nRefunds will be accepted until 04/14/2026 at noon – minus any pickleballbrackets.com service fees. AFTER THIS DEADLINE\, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED FOR ANY REASONS. Participants are responsible for finding their own partners. If you are unable to secure a partner and cannot play\, no refund will be issued after the refund deadline.\n\nDue to the high volume of inquiries regarding registrations\, withdrawals\, bracket changes\, and refunds\, we process all refunds AFTER the tournament concludes. Refund will be issued once the tournament is complete.
