For instance\, if a 3.0 bracket requires a team average under 3.5\, a 3.2 + 3.6 = 6.8 total\, divided by two\, gives an average of 3.4—qualifying for the 3.0 bracket.\n\n2) Individual Player Cap: Each player’s DUPR rating must remain under the “No Player Over” limit listed for the division. In the above example\, if one partner’s DUPR is 3.8\, it exceeds the 3.75 cap for the 3.0 division\, so that team would have to register for 3.5 instead.\n\nNote: All DUPR scores are calculated out to 3 digits\, per DUPR standards.\n\nEach player over age 50 will receive a 0.25 DUPR reduction applied to their team average\, after the average is calculated. The 0.25 reduction also applies to each player’s individual cap that is over the age of 50.\n\nOpen divisions have no DUPR cap and are intended for the highest-level competitors. It is the responsibility of each player to read and understand the following information.\nAll players must have a USA Pickleball membership at the Challenger or Champion level. You will need to include your membership number as part of the registration process.\nJoin or renew at: https://usapickleball.org\n\nAll players must have or create a DUPR account. This is the rating system that is used for USA Pickleball sanctioned tournament and where we will report results.\nJoin or login at: https://www.dupr.com/\n\nThis tournament is sanctioned by USA Pickleball at the MMP level. Referees will be present for all pre-medal and medal matches. In 2025\, USA Pickleball successfully refereed all matches at all USA Pickleball-operated Golden Ticket tournaments!\n\nREGISTRATION POLICY\n– Maximum team counts may be adjusted during registration as needed.\n– Players may only play in one (1) division per day.\n– Players can change skill level or age group until registration closes. No changes after that time.\n– Please have your tournament profile connected to your own DUPR account.\n– If players are signed up for a bracket BELOW their DUPR at the time of registration\, they will be moved to the correct skill bracket.\n\nSingles Registration\nFor players in a singles bracket\, it means you have REGISTERED and PAID the fees.\nIt is the players’ responsibility to know if they have signed up for Singles. Please check your registration receipt after checkout.\n\nRefunds for Singles events will not be given after the withdrawal deadline.\n\nDoubles Registration\nYour spot in a bracket is NOT considered complete until both players are registered\, paid\, and paired for the event.\n\nIf you are in need of a partner\, it is your responsibility to find one. This is NOT done by the Tournament.\n\nBefore selecting a player as your partner\, you MUST have communicated with that player and agreed to play together.\n\nAgreement to participate together is between partners.\n\n\nPARTNER REPLACEMENT POLICY\nAny registered player who loses a partner after registration has closed; they must replace that partner with an already registered player. This responsibility rests with the players.\n\nReplacements can be found on the players needing partners list\, which can be found on the tournament page. Please make sure you have spoken with the player and there is an agreement to partner between you both. We would appreciate one email with your partner included to confirm the partnership.\n\nThe replacement player must:\n-Have a USA Pickleball membership (Challenger or Champions) and a PickleballTournaments.com profile.\n-Meet the skill/age requirements\, pay any related fees for tournament/software fees. If fees to be transferred\, we need confirmation from the original player.\n\nPlease email new partner information using the contact tournament link no later than 4 pm the day before you are scheduled to play. Approved partner changes will receive an email confirmation.\n\nRULES & EQUIPMENT POLICY\nAll USA Pickleball rules apply.
