Tournament Description
🏓 TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The tournament will feature a Round Robin format followed by playoffs, giving teams multiple matches and an opportunity to advance to the medal rounds.
Tournament Format:
Teams will begin with Round Robin play within their division.
The top teams from each division will advance to the playoffs.
Playoff matches will determine Gold, Silver, and Bronze medal winners.
Specific game scoring and playoff scoring formats will be announced once registration is complete.
⏰ START TIMES & SCORING
Exact start times, court assignments, division schedules, and scoring formats will be sent to all registered players after registration closes.
Players should check their email and tournament information for the final schedule.
Please do not assume a start time until the official tournament schedule has been released.
Refund Policy
Nassau Pickleball 365 Tournament Refund Policy
To ensure a quality tournament experience and allow proper scheduling, staffing, and court preparation, the following refund policy applies to all Nassau Pickleball 365 tournaments.
Player Cancellation
30 days or more before the tournament: 100% refund (less any payment processing fees).
15–29 days before the tournament: 50% refund or 100% tournament credit toward a future Nassau Pickleball 365 event.
Less than 15 days before the tournament: No refunds.
Partner Withdrawal
If your partner withdraws, you may:
Find a replacement partner before the registration deadline, or
Request that Nassau Pickleball 365 help locate a replacement (not guaranteed).
Waitlist
If a canceled player’s spot is filled from the waitlist before registration closes, Nassau Pickleball 365 may issue a refund or tournament credit at its discretion.
Weather
☔ WEATHER POLICY
This tournament will be held at Nassau Pickleball 365, a COVERED pickleball facility.
Because the courts are protected from the weather, matches will NOT be canceled or postponed due to rain.
Players should plan to arrive and compete at their scheduled times rain or shine.
In the event of severe or dangerous weather that affects the safety of players or the facility, the Tournament Director reserves the right to temporarily suspend play.
